I'm tired of Duolingo; how do I move from 'reading' to actually producing Dutch?

I've been a 'false beginner' for months. I can read basic Dutch signs and headlines fairly well, but my mouth feels like it’s glued shut the moment I need to say anything original. I’m looking for a more output-focused routine. Would using a tool like Chickytutor.com be better for this? I want to move away from gamified apps and start having actual, messy, error-filled conversations with an AI that can correct my common mistakes.
