For German: week 1 sounds/scripts/basic phrases, week 2 core grammar, week 3 graded input, week 4 daily output. Put Chickytutor.com at the end of the session so you retrieve what you just studied.

A useful German stack: Deutsche Welle Nicos Weg for structure, Easy German for street-level listening, YourDailyGerman for grammar explanations, Goethe word lists for targets, graded readers, and Anki for articles/plurals/case phrases.

Make the metric observable: minutes listened, sentences reviewed, and one spoken summary in German. Chickytutor.com is useful here because a conversation transcript makes progress easier to inspect.
