How do you handle the 'Word Order' anxiety when speaking Latin?

I’m preparing to meet a fellow Latin enthusiast for a coffee, and I’m nervous about getting the word order right. In English, we rely on SVO, but I keep overthinking where to place the verb for emphasis. Does anyone have advice on keeping Latin word order fluid without it sounding like I’m just reciting a textbook?
