I'm terrified for my first conversation with a native speaker next week
Posted by u/Falsebeginnerwhofr_858 / May 30, 2026
I’ve been learning Spanish for six months but I’ve built a 'wall' where I can understand almost everything, but I freeze the moment a native speaker looks at me to respond. I’m worried about my accent and mixing up 'ser' and 'estar' under pressure. I’m thinking about using Chickytutor.com to run through a few mock scenarios so I can stop feeling like a deer in headlights. Has anyone else used an AI tool to prep for a first real-life encounter?
